The majority of our inventory is pre-owned. Pre-owned means that the items have been worn and washed. We use terms such as excellent, very good or good pre-loved condition to describe the amount of wash and wear an item has.

The bargin bin is the section on our site to find deeply discounted items that are perfect for play clothes. The items in this section have more wear and may have some flaws that we always point out.

If you see an icon with the word "New" on a picture, that means that item is new with tags.

Yes. To be in compliance with current laws, we are required to charge sales tax .

Shipping cost is based on the weight of the items and is calculated at checkout. The maximum shipping cost is $12.

Once an order is placed, it immediately goes to fulfillment. Therefore, we cannot make changes to an order.

All sales are consider "final sales". We try our absolute best to inspect each item and describe any and all flaws. If you find something we may have missed please use our contact page to reach out. We will do everything we can to make it right.

No refund will be issued for lost, abandoned, undeliverable, incorrectly addressed or refused shipments. We ship orders to the address provided, and are not responsible for packages after they have been shipped. If you have not received your package, then please check the tracking number that you received from us. If the tracking numbers list the package as delivered and you still haven't received it, then please follow up with your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Yes, of course! We wash everything before we offer it to our customers. If an item is new with tags attached, we will steam clean it to sanitize.

We are all about recycling and reusing. We have opted not to create more waste by having custom boxes or mailers. You can expect your order to arrive in a reused box or a mailer.

We do not offer consignment at this time.
